Lead Installer

Lead Installer role based in the El Paso, TX area office for Conterra Networks. The position involves aerial and ground telecommunications work at construction/service sites, operating equipment such as boom trucks, and installing poles and cables. The Lead Installer will lead and motivate a crew to meet OSHA safety requirements, project specifications, and daily production goals, read and interpret engineering plans, troubleshoot and repair overhead fiber lines, and communicate professionally with customers and co-workers. The role requires climbing poles, handling tools, outdoor work in all weather, strong problem solving and map skills, and a customer-service mindset. Must be able to work full-time and lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
