Job Summary
Lead Installer tech role based in the El Paso, TX area office for Conterra Networks, joining a team that designs, builds, and operates telecom fiber networks. Responsibilities include leading and motivating crew to meet OSHA safety requirements and production goals, safely operating a boom truck and climbing poles, reading and interpreting engineering plans, installing poles and wiring, troubleshooting and maintaining overhead fiber lines, and communicating professionally with homeowners and customers. Requires ability to work outdoors full-time, lift up to 100 lbs, and work in various installation and construction environments. Prior experience with GIS programming is a plus, and a High School diploma or GED is required with a BS/BA degree considered a plus.
