Job Summary
This role leads the installation of patio room walls, windows, roofs, support structures, and doors, ensuring compliance with Champion engineering specifications and regulatory codes. Responsibilities include clarifying work requirements, overseeing installation and helper tasks for quality assurance, professional customer interactions, ensuring vehicle preparedness for projects, coordinating glass and carpet procurement, and assisting with truck unloads. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 3-5 years in construction and skilled labor, especially in carpentry, roofing, and window installation.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years prior experience in construction and skilled labor involving carpentry, roofing, window installation
- Experience in the use of a brake, and other hand tools such as a utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools
- Clean driving record
- Basic arithmetic abilities including using a tape measure, converting metrics to fractions, calculations percentages and angles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or trade school experience in construction or related field
- Certified in lead standard
