Job Summary
The Lead Sunroom Installer at Champion Windows is responsible for leading the installation of sunroom walls, windows, roofs, support structures, and doors. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and regulatory codes, reviewing contracts and instructions, directing the installation process, and maintaining Champion's reputation through professional customer interactions. The position requires 3-5 years of experience in construction and skilled labor, proficiency with various hand tools, and a clean driving record. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, with an associate's degree or trade school experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years prior experience in construction and skilled labor involving carpentry, roofing, window installation
- Clean driving record with the ability to regularly operate and manage the maintenance of a fleet vehicle
- Experience in the use of a brake and other hand tools such as a utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc
- Basic arithmetic abilities including using a tape measure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Certified in lead standard
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or trade school experience in construction or related field
