Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years prior experience in construction and skilled labor involving carpentry, roofing, and window installation
- Clean driving record with the ability to regularly operate and manage a fleet vehicle
- Experience in the use of a brake and other hand tools
- Basic arithmetic abilities including using a tape measure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Certified in lead standard
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in construction or related field
- Trade school experience in construction or related field
