Job Summary
Lead Installer/Builder coordinates millwork installations at customer sites, collaborates with scheduling and shop to determine labor needs, timing, and resources, and physically installs products. Ideal candidates have experience building specialty wood/laminate products, operate power tools (table saw, miter saw, saber saw, band saw, sanders, biscuit joiner, pneumatic nailer), and can read blueprints. The role includes coordinating personnel, tooling, equipment, and interacting with production in the shop when installations are not scheduled, with a Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm schedule and occasional Friday overtime. Required Qualifications
- Experience building specialty wood and laminate products
- Experience with power tools including table saw, sliding table saw, portable miter saw, saber saw, band saw, orbital sander, belt sander, edge sander, joiners (biscuit joiner), pneumatic nailer
- Prefer experience with blueprint reading
- Schedule Monday through Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm with occasional overtime on Fridays
