Job Summary
Lead Installation Technician responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. Oversees the work of an Assistant Installation Technician to ensure work is performed correctly, communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Performs diagnosis of HVAC systems, recommends service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work, and conducts service, maintenance, and repairs with a <1% callback ratio. Must optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control, maintain a neat work area and vehicle, and deliver six-star customer service with professional conduct and coaching for the team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years HVAC and installation experience
