Job Summary
Lead Installation Technician responsible for entering and managing installation opportunities in CRM, conducting site installation surveys for feasibility, and producing customer-facing installation quotes in CRM. You will coordinate with dispatchers to schedule installs, execute installations per the scope of work while following the installation playbook, ensure safety compliance, manage installation requests and timelines, maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, and communicate value propositions to customers for future service products. Required technical background includes experience with commercial equipment installation (especially cooking/refrigeration equipment), and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Strong project management, communication, and safety-focused skills are essential; a High School diploma or GED and extensive installation experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of formal technical training
- at least ten years of related experience
- Equipment installation or similar experience
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Ability to read and interpret service manuals and installation manuals
- Ability to manage multiple installation projects and communicate with customers
