Job Summary
Lead the installation of paint booths and collision repair equipment at customer sites across the Southeast; serve as lead installer, train and mentor junior technicians, ensure safety and quality per company standards and manufacturer specifications, coordinate field installations, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/hydraulic issues, maintain installation records, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams while traveling weekly within the Southeast.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Prior installation experience with automotive service equipment, collision equipment, lifts, air compressors, paint booths, or related industrial equipment is strongly preferred
- Technical certification is preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast territory, including overnight travel
- Experience leading or mentoring technicians (lead installer experience) preferred
