Job Summary
Lead growth and KPI objectives for the Coles account by managing a high-performance team, building senior stakeholder relationships, and owning commercially grounded, insight-led partnerships. Maintain daily engagement onsite approximately three days per week, acting as the senior insights voice to guide client forums, shape narratives, and challenge existing thinking. Drive revenue and growth targets while coaching the team on selling ideas, managing scope, and delivering actionable insights across multiple data sets. Navigate complex conversations to uncover new opportunities and align individual development plans with evolving client needs.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience within the FMCG industry, ideally gained in an agency, supplier, or retailer facing environment
- Strong people leadership capability, with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop others
- Exceptional client service skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain senior stakeholder relationships
- Strong commercial acumen, including business development experience and the ability to drive growth
- Excellent understanding of analytical concepts related to market, sales, and shopper data
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to plan effectively and execute with discipline

Desired Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Commerce or a related discipline preferred
