Job Summary
Lead Inside Sales Coordinator oversees the successful execution of multiple customer projects, providing leadership to the Inside Sales Coordinator team and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, supporting field sales and technical representatives, supervising data entry for orders, reviewing project documentation, tracking delivery status, resolving shipment or material issues, maintaining open order reporting, coaching and mentoring team members, driving workflow efficiency, and ensuring compliance with DOT, SOX, and safety regulations. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus ability to lead and develop team members in a fast-paced environment, are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED plus post-secondary training
- 3+ years in customer service, inside sales support and/or warehouse services with increasing responsibility
- Project management experience
