Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade voice infrastructure solutions with a focus on Ribbon SBC platforms and Cisco UC integration. Drive complex initiatives across architecture, automation, telemetry, and governance. Evaluate and select internal/external software to meet target state goals, design and implement high-availability, geo-redundant SBC architectures, lead SIP trunking and interconnect design across multi-vendor environments, and build end-to-end automation pipelines (Python, REST APIs, Ansible) aligned with CI/CD and IaC practices. Manage risk, performance, and cost-effectiveness while mentoring teams and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable voice infrastructure and automation frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience
Desired Qualifications
- Ribbon Expertise
- Python scripting for network/voice automation
- REST API integrations with Ribbon and Cisco platforms
- Automation tools: Ansible, Terraform (preferred)
- CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- SIP signaling, header manipulation, call routing policies
- VoIP protocols: SIP, RTP, SRTP, TLS
- CUCM, CUC, CER, Expressway
- SWe / Ribbon SBC platforms
- RAMP analytics and provisioning
