Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Middleware Messaging Operations

Lead complex infrastructure initiatives to design, build, deploy, and maintain middleware infrastructure for business applications. Evaluate internal and external software solutions to meet target state architecture, review outages to prevent recurrence, and ensure robust policies, procedures, and controls. Drive end-to-end MQ-related activities across hardware appliances and distributed environments, establish HA and replication across multiple DCs, implement monitoring and alerting, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include designing technical solutions, coding/testing/documenting programs using Agile practices, guiding risk decisions, and maintaining operational readiness, security, and compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills are required to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels and coordinate with customers and vendors.
