Job Summary
Lead Infant Teacher responsible for the overall classroom management, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infants; implement the LEAP curriculum using engaging characters to drive lessons; regularly communicate with parents about children’s activities and progress via mobile apps and discussions; build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic play-and-learn environment; includes a $300 sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth through ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
- 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
- Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role
