Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations for assigned infant classes by planning, presenting, and evaluating educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. Observe children's interests to develop creative curriculum ideas while engaging directly with students and parents daily to provide quality customer service. Communicate children's progress through mobile apps and personal discussions, maintaining smooth school operations by calmly addressing stressful situations. Lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety and program facilitation. Work full-time with no nights or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
- For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
- Meets background check eligibility
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
- 1-2 years of previous experience preferred
