Job Summary
Lead age-appropriate curriculum following Montessori pedagogy and plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Monitor children's progress and development while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Help lead innovative learning activities that foster growth and create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers thrive. Assess and document student progress to track individual development. Requires MACTE Accredited Montessori 0-3 training, minimum one year in a Montessori infant/toddler classroom, and 12 ECE credits. Starting hourly pay is $29.00 to $32.00.
Required Qualifications
- MACTE Accredited Montessori 0-3 training
- Min 1 year in a Montessori infant/toddler classroom
- 12 ECE credits and teacher qualified, current background check
- Experience in a Montessori teaching environment

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
