Job Summary
Lead Infant Teacher responsible for developing fun, interactive learning experiences and mentoring fellow Teachers; manage classroom on licensing guidelines and company standards; promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children; build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success; meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements; lead lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom management; be active in both indoor and outdoor activities with children; 18+ with experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans; Monday-Friday schedule; compensation at $18.52-$19.23 per hour with health insurance, PTO, and 401K options.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
