Job Summary
Lead Infant Guide in a Montessori environment leading a mixed-age infant classroom (ages 0–3). Responsibilities include observing each child’s development, preparing an orderly environment that supports independence, fostering trust and exploration, encouraging participation in care activities, building relationships with children and families, collaborating with a classroom team, and supporting parents’ involvement. The role emphasizes movement, discovery, and individualized care within a prepared Montessori environment, with opportunities for sponsored Montessori certification and ongoing professional development. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, experience with 0–3 in group care, alignment with Montessori or similar philosophies, and interest in Montessori certification.
