Job Summary
Lead Infant Guide at Guidepost Montessori leads a mixed-age infant classroom (ages 0–3) in a Montessori environment designed to support each child’s natural development.Responsibilities include observing each child’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development; respecting natural rhythms for sleep, eating, and toileting; preparing and maintaining an orderly environment that fosters movement and exploration; supporting independence in care activities; building warm relationships with children and families; partnering with parents; leading and collaborating with classroom team members to create a strong, respectful community; and pursuing sponsored Montessori certification. Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children ages 0–3 in a group care setting
