Job Summary

Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor children's progress and development through assessment and documentation to support cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. This role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, with an AA or BA in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred, and 2+ years of experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with parents and staff are essential.
