Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum while planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor student progress and document development outcomes to assess individual growth. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. Requires a High School Diploma, preferably an AA or BA in Early Childhood Education, with 2+ years of experience and strong communication skills. Competitive pay of $15.00 - $17.00 per hour and childcare tuition discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
