Job Summary
Lead Infant Guide to run a Montessori infant classroom (ages 11–15 months) at Guidepost Montessori. You’ll observe and support each child’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development, prepare an orderly environment that fosters independence and movement, encourage children to participate in care activities, build warm relationships with children and families, and partner with parents. You’ll lead and collaborate with the classroom team to create a strong community, with sponsored Montessori certification and ongoing professional development offered. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a child-related field and ECE credits, with experience working with 0–3 in group care. Salary offered is $40,000–$50,000, along with health/dental/vision insurance, PTO/paid holidays, and tuition discount benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Child related field)
- ECE or Child Development credits
- Experience working with children ages 0–3 in a group care setting
- Alignment with child-led educational philosophies (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar)
- Interest in pursuing fully sponsored Montessori certification through our Prepared Montessorian Institute
