Job Summary
Lead Project Manager for water/wastewater projects within the Industrial Business unit, serving as the main point of contact for planning and design; provide technical guidance, senior leadership, and mentoring to engineering staff; manage scope, schedule, and budget; perform QA/QC on key deliverables; assist with technical marketing and client relations across the U.S.; participate in professional societies; travel may be required to support multiple industrial sectors (Chemicals, Rubber & Plastics, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Mining, Manufacturing).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of related experience
- PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months of hire
- Professional Engineering (PE) license strongly preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
- Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering, or related degree
- Previous experience working on and managing projects for Industrial water/wastewater clients
- Previous experience managing multi-discipline project teams
- Excellent communication, networking and team building skills
- Previous experience working directly with clients
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required
