Job Summary
Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs on plant production assets. Performs inspections, troubleshooting, and servicing of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; reads blueprints and manuals; uses voltmeters and testing devices; installs and reassembles equipment; maintains safety procedures; and operates and validates repairs on machinery. Requires ability to read detailed repair manuals, work with hand and power tools, basic welding (Oxygen/Acetylene), and experience with computer-based maintenance software. Demonstrates strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to maintain optimal plant performance.
