Lead, Inbound Receiving & Vendor Performance

Supervise implementation and follow through of ISQL (Inbound Safety & Quality Logistics) procedures in reporting facilities, including phone calls, emails, and updating virtual training materials. Conduct training classes for all receivers, clerks, and supervisors across facilities while developing and refining training guides. Interface with the vendor community via audits, conference calls, and emails to improve load quality and develop vendor process improvement plans. Analyze Oracle reports to take corrective action and write weekly recaps, vendor scorecards, and facility reports for distribution. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, resolve issues regarding OTIF and reclaim, and identify supply chain solutions. Requires ability to work overnight receiving hours, travel as needed, and manage 5+ years of wholesale or retail distribution experience.
