Job Summary
Lead In-Room Dining Server responsible for delivering luxurious, precise in-room dining experiences. Acts as voice and quality-control checkpoint, mentors IRD staff in real-time, guides guests through menus, handles VIP/dietary requests with kitchen and beverage teams, and ensures accurate, well-paced service. Requires strong guest engagement, fine-dining experience, menu knowledge, upselling ability, and Alberta ProServe certification. Supports training of IRD servers and maintains presentation standards during high-volume periods.
