Job Summary
Lead in Fashion Trainee responsibilities include learning the store from ground up across sales floor, commercial, and operations to develop a sense for people, numbers, and trends. You will learn to prioritize, motivate your team, and achieve strong results through workshops on communication, feedback, and stress management. The program spans six months starting October 1, 2026, with full-time hours and rotation across various German locations. Required Qualifications
- erste Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel
- Auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizierst du sicher
