Job Summary
Lead in Fashion Trainee responsibilities include learning the store from ground up across sales floor, commercial, and operations before assuming manager-level duties. You develop a sense for people, numbers, and trends while setting priorities, motivating teams, and achieving strong results. Workshops on communication, feedback, conflict, and stress management support your development alongside regular coaching sessions. This six-month program spans various German locations, requiring fluency in German and English. Required Qualifications
