Job Summary
Lead II, Program Management at ASM driving New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for semiconductor capital equipment from concept through high-volume manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams, define and manage overall NPI program schedules, and ensure alignment across stakeholders and successful execution of global product commercialization initiatives. Responsibilities include driving program plans and milestones from concept development to high-volume production, facilitating regular program reviews, tracking progress against objectives, establishing performance metrics for continuous improvement, and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and global operations to ensure execution excellence. Desired skills include strong PM, planning, cross-functional collaboration, SAP or similar enterprise systems experience, PMP certification (preferred), and a results-oriented, proactive ownership mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science or related disciplines)
- 5–10 years of experience in program management or engineering project leadership, preferably within semiconductor capital equipment
- Proven track record of managing configurable product programs from concept through high-volume manufacturing
- Strong project management, planning, and analytical capabilities
- Solid experience in cross-functional stakeholder management in a global environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
