Job Summary
Lead II, Experiential Learning Placements provides guidance, oversight, and mentorship to Specialist III and IV collaborators to ensure high-quality site onboarding, year-round outreach, and compliance with placement processes. The role ensures consistency, accuracy, and professional communication while supporting onboarding and training of new Specialists III and IV, monitoring KPIs, identifying process improvements, collaborating on cross-functional projects, and ensuring consistent use of CRMs, portals, and placement tools. Requires at least one year of experience in Specialist III or IV, strong leadership and communication skills, familiarity with onboarding and outreach processes, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
