Job Summary
Lead ICT Engineer overseeing full-cycle ICT design for mission-critical hyperscale data centers and smart-building projects. Responsible for advanced ICT design tasks, scalable fiber optic and copper plant design, coordination of design teams, QAQC reviews, and preparation of construction documents. Also leads business development activities, develops proposals with scope, schedule, and budget, and serves as primary client contact. Emphasizes adoption of AI-enabled tools and technology to improve forecasting, documentation, and project controls. Requires strong communication, team leadership, and ability to work effectively in a remote, USA-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other related field
- Minimum of eight years of engineering or related field experience
- Two or more years working on Mission Critical Data Center design projects
- Experience with Revit modeling software
- Knowledge of ICT structured cabling design technologies and standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams
- Ability to work in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Eight+ years engineering or related experience
- Two+ years on Mission Critical Data Center design projects
- CCIE Certification preferred
- Registered Communications Distribution Design Certificate preferred
- Revit experience
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong client communication and business development skills
