Job Summary

Design and deploy automation solutions supporting IAM processes using the Tines platform, building workflows and integrating security tools and enterprise applications. Develop Digital Coworker capabilities and intelligent automation to streamline identity lifecycle management, access governance, and operational support. Partner with engineering, security, and business teams to identify high-value automation opportunities, analyze existing workflows, and recommend process improvements that reduce manual effort and operational risk. Contribute to automation roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and research emerging technologies to improve service delivery. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure automation solutions while developing reusable frameworks and best practices. Measure automation effectiveness through metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track efficiency gains and risk reduction. Serve as a subject matter resource, providing guidance and mentorship to analysts and engineers across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management, Automation Engineering, Software Development, or related disciplines
  • Hands-on experience developing and supporting automation workflows using the Tines platform
  • Experience identifying automation opportunities and implementing solutions that improve operational efficiency
  • Experience with Digital Coworker, AI-enabled automation, or related intelligent automation technologies
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications and security platforms using APIs, web services, and automation frameworks
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working across multiple technology teams and business stakeholders
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
