Lead I (Wed-Sat 5:00pm-5:30am) responsible for ensuring safety, productivity, and performance of all operational employees on the designated shift. Responsibilities include mentoring and advanced training, leading by example, fostering morale, supporting onboarding, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with safety standards and SOPs, coordinating scheduling and resources, reviewing emails, driving Lean and 5S-based improvements, conducting performance analysis, running daily reports, supporting inventory counts, collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues, maintaining customer relations, communicating with engineers and stakeholders, managing inbound/outbound shipments, processing SAP transactions, overseeing inventory of crates and cleanroom bags, signing timecards, and providing information on quality, safety, delivery, cost, and morale. Abilities include attention to detail, professionalism, adaptability, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, safety commitment, writing and reading proficiency, physical ability to perform tasks (including lifting up to 50 lbs), and flexibility for overtime. Qualifications emphasize a high school diploma, 2–4 years logistics experience, SAP and MS Office proficiency, knowledge of inventory control and RF equipment, forklift certification, and Lean/5S/7S knowledge.
