Lead I Packout BPO

Direct warehouse personnel to follow policies and procedures for inventory handling, oversee shipping/receiving activities, ensure safety of equipment and compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and Food Safety programs, perform inventory cycle counts, log and verify counts/lot numbers, and supervise dock, freezer, and yard operations. Responsibilities include loading/unloading verification, forklift and battery maintenance, odd-job duties as needed, and overtime as required. Must be trained and pass licensing for Warehouse Material Handling Equipment and adhere to HACCP CCPs when applicable; maintain neat paperwork (log sheets, put-aways, moves, pick tickets) and communicate effectively with carriers, customers, and staff.
