Ensure all warehouse personnel follow inventory handling policies and procedures while directly supervising staff as necessary. Operate Warehouse Material Handling Equipment safely after passing required licensing, performing pre-operational checks and reporting deficiencies immediately. Execute full cycle counts, unload and verify incoming products including lot numbers, and accurately pick orders using FIFO methods. Maintain cleanliness across the dock, freezer, grounds, and parking lot while ensuring trucks are properly chocked before loading or unloading. Adhere strictly to corporate GMPs, SOPs, and Food Safety policies, including HACCP training for Critical Control Points, and report suspicious activities or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
