Job Summary
Lead Hyperbaric Technician and Safety Coordinator responsible for overseeing HBOT treatment delivery, patient intake and monitoring, safety compliance, oxygen system management, and center operations; provides staff leadership, training, and quality patient care; requires licensure in EMT/MA/LPN/RN/Paramedic and CPR/BLS; must be able to work weekdays and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification or licensure as an EMT, MA, LPN, RN, Paramedic, or other relevant clinical credential
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn hyperbaric medicine, safety standards, and operational procedures through company-provided training
