Job Summary
Greet clients, assist with wellness services, and manage phone bookings, scheduling, and cancellations. Onboard new clients by processing medical waivers and creating profiles in the point-of-sale system. Conduct tours to sell service packages and memberships while educating guests on medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care. Perform opening and closing procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment. Serve as an expert on Restore products and services, leading the floor and embodying core values. Assist management with store marketing, community outreach, social media management, and the onboarding of new representatives through training and shadowing. Organize in-store and offsite events to foster an engaging store culture.
Required Qualifications
- at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
- Working weekends
- Communication and collaboration
- You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
