Job Summary
Greet clients, assist with wellness services, and manage phone bookings, scheduling, and cancellations. Conduct store tours, sell service packages, and educate clients on medical benefits and at-home care. Perform opening and closing procedures while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Serve as an expert on products, lead floor operations, and embody core values. Assist management with store marketing, community outreach, social media, and new representative onboarding. Organize in-store and offsite events to foster an engaging culture.
Required Qualifications
- at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
- Working weekends
- Communication and collaboration
- You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
