Job Summary
Deliver exceptional client experiences from initial inquiry through membership retention while consistently exceeding sales goals for memberships, retail, and services. Conduct studio tours to convert prospects into long-term members and educate clients on therapies and at-home wellness recommendations. Coach and mentor newer staff to improve confidence and sales performance, assisting with onboarding and fostering a high-performance team culture. Manage opening and closing responsibilities, maintain accurate client records, and ensure the studio remains safe and welcoming. Support management with inventory, merchandising, and community outreach initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven success in sales, hospitality, retail management, luxury service, fitness, healthcare, or a client-focused environment
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, or leading teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and flexible schedules
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in health, wellness, medical aesthetics, fitness, or membership-based businesses
- Bachelor's degree or coursework in Business, Marketing, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Experience with consultative selling, membership sales, or high-end customer service
