Job Summary
Greet clients, assist with wellness services, and manage phone bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations. Conduct store tours, sell service packages, and educate clients on medical benefits and precautions. Perform opening and closing procedures while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Lead on the floor, embody core values, and represent the brand by acting in alignment with the mission. Assist management with store marketing, community outreach, social media, and the onboarding of new representatives through training and shadowing. Organize in-store and offsite events to create an engaging store culture.
Required Qualifications
- at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
- Working weekends
- Communication and collaboration
- You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
