Job Summary
Lead Hygienist at Tend leading a Team (Assisted) Hygiene model, delivering comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while mentoring hygienists and hygiene assistants. You’ll guide onboarding, training, and ongoing development to uphold Tend’s clinical standards, workflows, and patient care protocols; drive hygiene production and monitor KPIs; collaborate with dentists on exams and treatment planning; and foster a high-performance clinical environment with a patient-first, hospitality-driven approach.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current, active hygiene license in the state you’re applying for
- Current Anesthesia/Nitrous license in applicable state
- Current CPR/BLS certification
