Job Summary
Oversee maintenance staff by reviewing daily job requests and work orders to determine workload priorities, then assign tasks and monitor progress toward completion. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on existing HVAC equipment, including installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery such as motors, engines, pumps, belts, and fans. Read blueprints and as-built drawings to guide installations and repairs. Requires EPA and HVAC certification, three years of building maintenance experience, and ability to work occasional on-call shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong commercial experience or institutional experience
- Must be able to read blueprints and as-built drawings
- 3 years plus experience in building maintenance
- Willing and able to work occasional on-call shifts
- EPA & HVAC certification required
