Job Summary
Lead the Burlington Branch HVAC team by providing day-to-day direction, overseeing maintenance and repairs on high-rise apartment buildings, and managing branch operating budgets. Troubleshoot complex systems including boilers, variable-speed drives, and Building Automation Systems while performing preventative maintenance and optimizing controls. Coordinate capital mechanical projects, maintain regulatory compliance logs, and participate in after-hours emergency response rotation. Requires a Gas license (G1) and minimum five years of commercial HVAC experience.
Required Qualifications
- Gas license – G1 required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial, institutional, or multi-residential HVAC experience
- Excellent HVAC troubleshooting skills
- A satisfactory reference check
- Criminal records clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Effective knowledge in HVAC automation systems
- Refrigeration license (313A)
