Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems while performing preventative maintenance and inspections. Service and install air conditioning, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and mini-split systems, evaluating maintenance agreement opportunities and system performance. Deliver outstanding customer service and assist in training, development, and leadership of service and installation technicians. Maintain strict safety protocols on job sites and while operating company vehicles, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with equipment and industry best practices. Earn $30–$40/hour plus bonuses, commissions, and paid vacation in a year-round role with a company vehicle and tool allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC service and/or installation experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
- Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and support team members
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Clean background check

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
