Required Qualifications
- Five plus years of experience servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems
- EPA certification required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds
- Valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- Willingness to work on weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- NATE certified (strongly preferred)
- Experience servicing Lennox and Carrier equipment
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
