Job Summary
Lead HVAC Service Technician responsible for performing skilled residential/commercial HVAC tasks, including removing old systems, installing new equipment, and performing routine maintenance. The role requires training junior team members, strong client communication, and the ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret refrigeration cycles. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of HVAC field experience
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
- Removing old HVAC systems
- Installing new HVAC systems
- Performing routine maintenance
- Training junior team members
- Communicating with clients and customers
- Ordering and maintaining equipment
- Running pipe and duct systems through homes
- Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
- Understanding refrigeration cycles
- Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
