Job Summary
Diagnose and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems, with a focus on boilers, while performing routine maintenance and safety inspections. Lead and mentor other service technicians on complex calls, communicating clearly with customers about findings and recommendations. Requires Colorado HVAC license/certification, 3+ years of HVAC service experience with hands-on boiler experience, strong diagnostic and leadership skills, and a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Salary ranges from $35-$45/hour plus performance-based incentives. Based in Gypsum, CO, with relocation assistance available.
