Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and mini-split units. Perform preventative maintenance, evaluate maintenance agreements, and deliver outstanding customer service. Assist in training, development, and leadership of service and installation technicians while maintaining strict safety standards on job sites and during vehicle operation. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices. Earn $30–$40/hour plus performance bonuses and commissions on repairs and sales. Requires 5+ years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC service and/or installation experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
- Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and support team members
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Clean background check
