Job Summary
Lead HVAC Residential Installers provide leadership for a crew while entering client homes to remove old equipment and replace it with new units. You will replace old ductwork and test completed installs for proper setup, ensuring work and customer service meet the highest standards. This role requires three years of residential on-call experience, the ability to lift 60-80 pounds, and comfort working in crawl spaces and attics. Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling, an established Indiana-based company, offers a schedule of Monday through Friday with alternating Saturdays, along with competitive pay ranging from $40,000 to $120,000 annually plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
