Job Summary
Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish, supervising field crews and installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and rooftop units. Read blueprints and specifications, troubleshoot installation issues, and ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and local code requirements. Train and mentor apprentice and junior installers while maintaining accurate job documentation and delivering excellent customer service with a clean job site. Promote a strong culture of safety and quality workmanship. This full-time, year-round role offers $30-$45/hour plus benefits, with opportunities for advancement into higher leadership positions within a family-owned company serving the Salt Lake Valley for over two decades.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience with leadership responsibilities
- EPA Certification required
- RMGA Certification required
- Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Experience with system change-outs, new installations, and ductwork
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
